Our response to the Dash Review

We welcome the Dash Review and are pleased that the full terms of review have now been published.

It is crucial that all organisations involved in patient safety are impactful and working together to find new ways of managing safety effectively across the healthcare system.

Our view is that this cannot happen when national organisations are siloed and fragmented and this review provides a good opportunity to examine what works well, and what could be improved.

We look forward to working closely with Dr Dash over the coming weeks.
