We have been concerned at the continued hateful and discriminatory behaviour displayed on the platform and X’s failure to address this.

We believe that digital spaces should be safe and inclusive, and we cannot continue to support a platform that does not align with our values as an organisation. An inclusive and respectful culture is vital for patient safety in all settings.
