- Spend on office supplies and associated products for the below financial years: 1 April 2022–31 March 2023 and 1 April 2023–31 March 2024.
HSSIB does not hold some of this information (namely, any spend for the period 1 April 2022 to 30 September 2023).

The timeframe for part of the request (1 April 2022 to 30 September 2023) was a time when HSSIB was not in existence. HSSIB can only provide data from 1 of October 2023 onwards as HSSIB is an independent arm's length body that came into existence on 1 October 2023. The former body Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch (HSIB) was in place at the time in question and was hosted by NHS England. Therefore, expenditure data for the timeframe 1 April 2022 to 30 September 2023 will be held by NHS England. We do not have a contract with our office supplies supplier – we order from them on an ad hoc, as and when needed basis.

As we are a new organisation which has only been in operation for six months, we are still developing our HSSIB website; our register of contracts is not on the website yet.
