Read moreOur courses are currently available free of charge to NHS staff in England only, with a focus on those with patient safety and investigation roles. They are also available to fee-funded learners from outside of the NHS.
'A systems approach to investigating and learning from patient safety incidents' is our flagship online course, which takes 20 hours to complete at your own pace. We also offer a range of live online short courses. All of our courses are CPD certified.

Our flagship course - ‘A systems approach to investigating and learning from patient safety incidents’ - is aimed at those who lead investigations and other learning responses and those in Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) oversight roles.
This is a self-paced, online course with bitesize modules. On average it takes 20 hours to complete. The course is CPD and Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) accredited. Learners are awarded 20 CPD points on completion.
We launch new cohorts throughout the year and can accommodate large numbers of leaners. We can also offer this course commercially for individual organisations who would prefer a dedicated cohort for their staff.
