Ted Baker
Chair
Ted comes to the Health Services Safety Investigations Body having most recently been Chief Inspector of Hospitals at the Care Quality Commission for five years.
He has had a long clinical and academic career that began when he joined the NHS as a teenager working as a laboratory technician.
