FOI request
Please can you provide copies of emails which:
- Contain the keywords "physician associate" or "physician associates" or "physician's associates" or "physician's associate".
- Were sent or received from the Royal College of Physicians of London including their Faculty of Physician Associates. The two email domains are @rcp.ac.uk and @fparcp.co.uk.
- Time limit: the last 4 months.
This time limit has been chosen to comply with the requirements under Section 12. Email software allows for rapid searching, and only a brief manual review is required to remove personally identifiable information. If you still assess this will exceed the Section 12 limit, please reduce the timespan to 3 months.
Decision
HSSIB does not hold this information. Details with regards to why this is the case is provided below.
HSSIB have undertaken a search of its SharePoint system and its investigation case management system (HIMS) in order to ascertain if any emails with regards to the request can be found. Any emails in relation to cases are held within the HIMS system and emails which are classed as records must be saved on our SharePoint system.
HSSIB searched the following words in both systems:
- physician associate
- physician associates
- physician’s associates
- physician’s associate.
None of the four terms returned a result.
HSSIB also searched both systems for any emails with the ending:
- @rcp.ac.uk
- @fparcp.co.uk.
Again, no returns were found.
